Mindfulness.

I have done some mindfulness after I did some maths. I was stressed out on some of the questions but when I came onto senior remote learning, I looked around and found Mindfulness. I did listened to it and I feel great! Just to say if you are also feeling stress, go onto our senior remote learning and at the top will be mindfulness next to more. Hope you feel relax and calm, you will thank me after you did it!

    It is wonderful you are able to identify your emotions and you know you can go to our Mindfulness page to feel at peace again by simply focusing on your breathing.
    Perhaps next time you could add a bit more information on what Mindfulness is. Great work Lola, I look forward to seeing your next post!
